4. Tournament Office - registration and weight in
Friday 12 September from 12 a.m. till 7 p.m. in hotel Novotel, Marszalkowska street 94/98 in Warsaw
5. Competitions rules:
Teams and contestants must hold license recognized by their own national federation.
Participants must have a valid medical confirmation and grades according to the ETU
statute.
Team Round Robin System - Division Male. – max 16 teams.
After drawing lots: 4 poules with each 4 teams.

1 – 4 team 1 – 4 team 1 - 4 team 1 - 4 team
You have to play against each team in your poule. This are 3 fights.
The winners from each poule go to the Cup system.

Losers fight for the 3th place.
6. Events:
Seniors age 17 and older (year 1991 and older) min. 2 geup
Male teams - 58kg, - 68kg, - 80kg, +80 kg
Female teams - 49kg, - 57kg, - 67kg, +67 kg
Juniors age 14 - 17(year 1994 – 1991) min. 4 geup
Juniors F -42 kg, -44 kg, -46 kg, -49 kg, -51kg, -55 kg, -59 kg, -63 kg, -68 kg, +68kg
Juniors M -45 kg, -48 kg, -51 kg, -55 kg, -59 kg, -63 kg, 68 kg, -73 kg, -78 kg, +78 kg
7. Awards: juniors and seniors
medals for places 1-3, participant’s certificates for all contestants, award for the best contestant, team classification places 1-5, gifts.
8. Team Classification:
Separately for juniors and seniors: 1 place-5 points, 2 place-3 points, 3 place-1 points
9. Accommodation:
Category a. Hotel Novotel **** in Warsaw, Marszalkowska st. 94/98
Singel room – 100 Euro per night with breakfast (120 Euro - booking after 15.08)
Double room – 110 Euro per night with breakfasts (140 Euro – booking after 15.08)
Category b. Hotel ** – double room - 80 Euro per night with breakfasts
Transfers in Warsaw are included in price.
There is possibility to buy lunch in price 10 Euro on the sport-hall.

entry fee 100 Euro for senior / team
entry fee 20 Euro for junior / contestant

12. Referee:
All referees will be contacted and invited by the Polish Taekwondo Federation, if you want to bring a referee, please let us know in advance.
13. Other:
Teams are obliged to insure their contestants. The organizer does not take the responsibility for any accidents and the consequences of not having said insurance. According to Polish Taekwondo Federation and ETU regulations the organizer has the right to change given categories depending on actual calls.

Saturday September 13
9.00 am Qualification and semi final fights senior men team / junior female
6.00 pm Opening ceremony, finals, shows
Sunday September 14
9.00 am – 6.00 pm Qualification and semi final fights senior female team / junior male
